Common questions
Is the HR system still the system of record?
Yes. STLabs reads lifecycle events from it and acts on them. It does not hold its own copy of your employee data as the master.
Can we approve changes before they run?
Yes. Any step can require named approval, run automatically, or be prepared for a person to execute, according to the policy you set.
What about contractors and non-employees?
They are handled the same way, provided they exist as records in a connected system. The lifecycle logic does not assume a payroll relationship.
