Ticketing & ITSM integrations
Pulls ticket history, resolution patterns, and knowledge articles. Writes back enriched context, triggers workflows, and updates ticket fields automatically.
Tickets that arrive classified
An incoming incident is categorised, prioritised and routed on the way in, using the patterns in your own resolution history rather than a static rules table.
Context attached before an agent opens it
Related past incidents, the affected assets and the matching knowledge article are on the ticket when the agent arrives, so the first minute is not spent searching.
Change requests that carry their own risk
A change is scored against the dependency map and recent incident history, so the review board sees where the risk actually is before it meets.

Common questions
Do we have to replace our current service desk?
No. STLabs can run alongside the service desk you have, reading and writing through its API, or act as the service desk itself. Both are supported.
Does it write back, or only read?
Both. It reads tickets, assets and knowledge, and writes enrichment, field updates, routing and status changes back.
What happens to our existing workflows?
They keep running. STLabs triggers and updates them rather than replacing them, so your approval paths and SLAs stay where they are.
