Zabbix integration
Unify Zabbix infrastructure monitoring with service management to automatically route alerts, maintain asset records, and coordinate maintenance windows.
What it connects
- Monitored hosts, servers, and virtual machines across your infrastructure
- Host groups, monitoring templates, and configuration assignments
- System users and user groups with their roles and permissions
- Problem events and acknowledgment status for ongoing incidents
What it automates
- Create and configure new monitored hosts directly from service workflows
- Enable or disable monitoring on hosts during maintenance or troubleshooting
- Schedule and manage maintenance windows to silence alerts on affected infrastructure
- Acknowledge problems, link monitoring templates, and update host metadata
In practice
When a Zabbix alert fires, STLabs automatically opens a ticket, checks if the host is in a maintenance window, and escalates if immediate action is needed.
STLabs syncs Zabbix host data into the digital twin so IT teams always have current information on servers, their groups, and assigned monitoring templates without manual updates.
During planned maintenance. STLabs schedules a Zabbix maintenance window, creates a change ticket, and automatically re-enables monitoring when the window closes.
STLabs detects a cluster of related alerts across multiple hosts, correlates them to a single infrastructure incident, and acknowledges the problems in Zabbix to reduce noise.
