- A new hire requests ChatGPT access. After manager approval, STLabs sends the workspace invite with the right role and seat type and closes the ticket.
- A team lead asks to raise a member's monthly usage limit for a project. After approval, STLabs sets the new limit in the ChatGPT workspace.
- When an employee leaves, STLabs removes them from the ChatGPT workspace and the API Platform organization, so their OpenAI access ends with their employment.
- A developer needs access to an OpenAI API project. After approval, STLabs assigns the requested project role in your API Platform organization.
