Azure integration

Syncs Entra ID users, groups, apps, and devices to drive identity-governed access and user lifecycle management workflows.

What it connects

  • Entra ID users with account status, department, job title, and hire date for complete org context.
  • Security groups and M365 groups with membership details to map team structures and access rights.
  • Enterprise applications and service principals registered in your tenant for app inventory tracking.
  • Azure devices including laptops and mobile endpoints with OS version and trust type for hardware compliance.

What it automates

  • Create, disable, or delete user accounts directly from tickets without manual Azure portal access.
  • Reset Entra ID passwords and force users to change them on next login for account recovery.
  • Add or remove users from groups to manage team membership and access revocation at scale.
  • Assign and remove Microsoft 365 licenses to control software entitlements and cost.

In practice

A contractor's offboarding ticket triggers STLabs to disable the Entra ID account, remove them from all groups, and revoke active sessions, all in seconds instead of manual steps.
During a security incident. STLabs resets compromised user passwords, forces MFA re-registration, and opens follow-up tickets for all systems the user accessed based on group membership.
When a new team forms, STLabs creates the security group, adds selected users by email, and assigns Microsoft 365 licenses to all members, no admin portals needed.
STLabs audits Entra ID devices monthly, flags unmanaged laptops and mobile devices in compliance tickets, and provides IT the exact user and device details needed for remediation.
