Citrix integration
Manage virtual desktops, applications, and user sessions across Citrix DaaS to resolve access and performance tickets with complete infrastructure visibility.
What it connects
- Virtual machines, machine catalogs, and delivery groups from Citrix DaaS cloud infrastructure
- Published applications across the platform with their assigned user groups and delivery methods
- Machine allocation status, capacity metrics, and zone assignments for capacity planning
- Machine state and registration status with associated delivery group assignments
What it automates
- Power on virtual machines and resume suspended systems for quick capacity response
- Disconnect or log off user sessions and send messages to active session terminals
- Gracefully shut down or force-power-off machines to restore infrastructure health
- Toggle application and delivery group availability to manage service disruptions during maintenance
In practice
When a user reports connectivity issues, STLabs checks the Citrix machine state, detects a registration failure, and automatically powers the virtual desktop back on while notifying the user.
A critical application crashes across an entire delivery group. STLabs pulls the affected machines, disables the application to prevent more sessions launching, and triggers a batch restart to recover capacity.
During a security incident, an administrator needs to isolate a compromised session. STLabs immediately disconnects the session, preserves its state, and logs the incident with machine and user details.
A machine catalog reaches capacity during peak hours. STLabs monitors workload pressure and automatically resumes suspended virtual desktops to distribute the session load.
